In the Brazilian market, 16oz paper cups are widely used for cold beverages and iced drinks. Due to high ambient temperatures and relatively extended consumption times, the cup walls are prone to condensation and softening during use. Employing a dual-layer laminated structure (PE coating inside and out) effectively prevents condensation, keeping the cup dry and maintaining overall structural integrity.
